Ability to understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges. · Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in overhead costing cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, project costing, COPA- profitability analysis etc. · Offshore team and delivery management skills. · Experience in co-ordination of UAT, obtaining user sign-off and providing post live support. · Excellent Customer Interaction and Expectations Management skills. · Excellent communication skills both, verbal and written. · Good team player.
