To Plan & Execute Industrial Construction Project.
To managing the complete range of project activities right from conceptualization, resource mobilization and manpower deployment.
Planning and scheduling various site activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters.
Responsible for Quality.
Issuing work instructions/ working sketches to supervisor, foremen & sub-contractors.
Supervision of procurement & issue of construction materials at site .
Liaison with the Clients, Consultants.
Monitoring and controlling the work of Sub Contractor.
Regular co-ordination with all staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
