Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of budgets and delivery of profits as forecast

• Review operational costs and work with whole team to achieve maximum cost effectiveness

• Identify and undertake business development opportunities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and key suppliers

• Mentor, motivate, and develop team performance

• Develop and implement productivity and quality improvement strategies

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislations, legal demands and ethical standards

Key Skills requires:

• Strong leadership and change management skills

• Focused on continuous business improvement

• Able to develop and deliver strategic agendas

• Experience in implementing operational processes and procedures

• Experience in forecasting, labour management with strong attention to detail

• Proven experience with major contract management

• Able to achieve noticeable improvement in financial and customer performance

Salary:INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A
