1. Name of the Post: Finance Manager
Salary : Salary is commensurate with experience.
Qualification :
CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) / MBA – Finance with a minimum of 7 years experience.
Prior experience working nonprofit organizations is desirable.
Understanding of tax and other regulatory procedures.-
Knowledge of Tally Software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential.
Solid understanding of organization budget, funding structure and managing donor funds preferred.
Exceptional inter-personal skills that translate in to an ability to straddle multiple worlds and work successfully with extremely diverse constituencies.
High multi-tasking abilities to simultaneously manage multiple tasks, functions, projects, grants and constituencies.
Strong team working skills including the abilities to delegate and work cooperatively with people at various levels of responsibilities and supervise, mentor and direct staff.
Ability and flexibility to work across time zones.
High professional and personal integrity.
